Kodak Portra 400 is an excellent film but I found the grain too fine with almost a digital feel to the images. Really sharp photos when images were in focus with great color reproduction. It was also my first time shooting film at night which for the most part didn’t go so well. Most of the shots were out of focus and soft.

Surprisingly, I was able to get some great shots just on my second roll of film. Be sure to check out my first experimental roll post, with that being said – Film Roll #2 Little Tokyo, Los Angeles
*First timer mistake….. Definitely be sure to check out Balboa Park Explorer to purchase passes (allows access to all the museums!!) If there was one thing I didn’t like about Balboa Park, it was the admission price for each museums, but now that I know there are passes that allow you to visit all the museums, I am definitely coming back!!
